Got great opportunity to be there last week. Banu brings real taste of Indian food and amazing techniques to students. I have never seen such wonderful place where one can have chance not only to learn but also having huge information about various seeds grains and splits spices and herbs. The ritual she performs with deep meaning full explanation were speechless.

What an epic evening. The hospitality was out of this world- we were warmly welcomed from the moment we walked in. Company was great and food was delicious. We learnt lots of tips and tricks, had hands on cooking experience, lots of laughs and learnt more about Indian culture. A very enjoyable evening! Highly recommend.
